Clear Drafting, headquartered in Ottawa, is a BCIN Certified Engineering and Architectural design & drafting company dedicated to delivering top-notch drawings and designs for Civil Engineering and Architecture projects. Our clientele ranges from homeowners to builders and even the Canadian Government.

At Clear Drafting, our core philosophy is to design it right, ensuring you can build with confidence. The Clear Drafting team comprises experts in Civil Engineering & Architectural Technology, BCIN certified and insured building designers recognized by the Ministry of Municipal Affairs and Housing, and field technicians who are members of the Ontario Association of Certified Engineering Technicians & Technologists.

Our BCIN architectural designer's team is well-versed in drafting standards for residential, commercial, and government projects. Our home drawings adhere to the City of Ottawa's plans examiners' specifications for residential design. Structural and space designs comply with the 2006 Ontario Building Code (BCIN), and Government of Canada projects are drawn in accordance with the Public Works and Government Services Canada’s (PWGSC) Computer Assisted Drafting and Drawings (CADD) Standards.
